Online bookings
Please note the following terms and conditions for CaveFit Edinburgh on-line bookings for members and non members. Upon booking online please read the terms & conditions.
- Paying for bookings
1.1 Members and non-members must pay for their chosen activity at the time of booking or the booking will automatically be cancelled.
- Booking Times
2.1 The booking time covers the period of each class shown in the schedule, date and time section of the sign up section. To ensure that everyone has a chance to use the facilities there may be restrictions on the number of bookings each person is permitted to make for each day.
- Confirmation of booking/checking-in
3.1 All customers must report to the reception or the coach leading the class on arrival
3.2 All online bookings are confirmed by the issuing of a booking confirmation direct to your nominated email address
3.3 A booking confirmation will only be issued subject to receipt of payment
3.4 The booking confirmation maybe asked to be produced at reception or the coach leading the class on arrival to validate a booking
3.5 All bookings are made in the name of a specified individual as set out on the booking confirmation. Proof of identity may be required. Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Conditions of Use
4.1 All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions of use that may apply from time to time. These are available from reception and our website, and are issued with any sign up.
4.2 If members rights are abused any class payment may be terminated without notice and is non-refundable.
- Cancellation of bookings
5.1 Confirmed bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of CaveFit Edinburgh.
- Non-attendance
6.1 Members who have bookings and who fail to attend for a confirmed booking will be expected to pay the facility rate purchased. This is subject to CaveFit Edinburgh’s local terms and conditions.
