45 Minute Group Conditioning Training

WHAT IS CAVECONDITIONING?

CaveConditioning is a 45 minute group conditioning class, focusing on the anaerobic energy systems. Expect to be challenged with varying intensities of set and rep schemes, with formats such as EMOM, AMRAP & CHIPPERS. In this highly motivating small group environment you will be tested with Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands, TRX and Cardio Kit. By constantly working at high intensity along with short bouts of rest, oxygen debt is created which leads to your body continuing to burn calories for hours post exercise.
